Guarantees / Terms of Sale

Animal Health
- All animals are shipped out once feeding consistently and in a healthy state. This is usually after 6 consecutive feeds for juveniles.
- All animals are guaranteed to be pest and disease free, and eating defrosted prey unless otherwise stated.
- Whilst all of our animals are handled, temperament can change over time therefore we cannot guarantee animal temperament.
- Weights listed on adverts are estimates to be used as a guide only. If a precise weight is required please ask.

Animal attributes
- We guarantee the animal delivered will always be the one pictured on a chosen advert.
- We guarantee the sex of the snake will match the advert. Claim period is 2 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
- We gaurantee that all known or suspected genetics will be listed on a chosen advert.

Payment
- Payment can be made by PayPal, bank transfer or cash if collecting in person. We cannot currently take card payments.
- A 25% deposit is required to reserve any animal from the store page regardless of timescale.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- All sales are final.


Payment plans
- Payment plans are offered on a case by case basis. Typically on animals with a value greater than £300. A 25% deposit is required to reserve the animal with the remainder due over 30-60 days. Minimum deposit is £50 regardless of snake price. Animals priced under £200 must be paid in full at time of purchase.
- Full payment must be made within the agreed amount of time. Failure to pay in full will result in the animal being relisted. Payment plan instalments are non-refundable.
- When a specific payment plan end date is not agreed, a 12 week limit applies. We will always attempt to make contact to discuss options at this time. However, a lack of response from the customer will result in a loss of any payments made, and relisting of reserved animals.
- When a payment plan is for an agreed group of animals, the deposit covers the reservation for ALL animals in the group. Changes to the size of the order cannot be made and will result in the loss of part, or all of the deposit. For example buyer orders animal A, B and C, and pays a deposit. Then decides they no longer want animals B and C, the proportion of deposit covering animals B and C will be forfeited.

Delivery/ Collection
- Collection in person is possible from Leicester, UK.
- Delivery is made by DEFRA licensed animal courier. This is arranged and booked by ourselves on the next available run after final payment is made.
- Delivery is carried out by a separate company and therefore we cannot be liable for any delays with delivery. But will always endeavour to get your purchase to you at the first opportunity.
- Personal door to door delivery available on request. (Within a 25 mile radius)
- Payment must be made in full before animal is collected, delivered or passed to any third party.
